Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Walker Edison purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Assembled and final sales items cannot be returned.
For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we charge a flat fee of $50 per item (“Flat Fee”) in addition to a restocking fee of 10% of what you paid for the product(s) (“Restocking Fee”). As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (minus the Flat Fee and Restocking Fee) will be issued to your original form of payment.
Walker Edison sometimes charges shipping (“Shipping Fee”). When Walker Edison chooses to do so, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable, including on returned items (unless the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped). When Walker Edison charges a Shipping Fee, the Restocking Fee is calculated from the amount you paid for the product minus the Shipping Fee.

The link will take you to a sign in page. Use the email address that is on the order and you will be emailed a 6 digit code to login. Once you have logged into your account you will be able to request a return for any item that is eligible for return.
Our warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received the same day to have the best chance of being cancelled. If an order has already shipped, we will work with the carrier to have it sent back to us, if possible. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply for orders cancelled due to buyer’s remorse. Orders canceled after they have been delivered will be subject to our standard return policy. We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect, damaged and/or missing parts. If there are any issues with your product during this time, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing us at email@example.com.

We currently ship to the Continental United States and do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska or PO Boxes and are not currently able to offer rush shipping
It can take 24-48 hours for a tracking number to update once it has been created. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive regular updates as your order makes it way to your home.
