Limited Warranty Policy


The Walker Edison limited warranty policy covers any defects in materials or workmanship in your new Walker Edison product for 90 days from receipt of product, on the terms and conditions and with the exceptions described herein.

We will repair or replace, in our discretion, any defective product or part. For items for which we do not carry replacement stock, we will issue credit for use on our website at www.WalkerEdison.com.

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the claim form at https://walkeredison.com/pages/customer-service or email all required information, including proof of purchase, detailed description of the defect, and photos clearly showing the defect, to service@walkeredison.com. A representative will review your description of the problem and contact you for more information and/or our determination as to any repair or replacement.

Walker Edison products purchased from a third-party seller and still eligible for return should be returned directly to that seller. For products outside of the seller return window, to be eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty, you must meet all conditions described herein, and provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misassembly, abuse, misuse, modification to the product, theft, natural disaster, flood or other water damage, fire or smoke damage, accident, or any other hazardous occurrence. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Items identified as “closeout,” “discontinued,” or “final sale” are not covered by this warranty.

No other warranties exist beyond the rights stated herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
