No-Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar


These little jars of heaven will be your new favorite treat this summer! They are so easy to whip up, and I love that they are individual servings-- everyone gets their own jar! So here's how we did it:



1 Pack Graham Crackers

2 T Sugar

2 T Butter

8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

8 oz (half a can ) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 C Greek Yogurt

Key Lime Juice to taste (I used 1/4 C)

Whipping Cream & Limes to top


Crush your grahams up really fine and combine them with the sugar & butter. Divide by 4 and put in the bottom of your jar.

With an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, condensed milk, greek yogurt and lime juice. Blend until well combined-- I like to taste it here and make sure it is the right amount of lime! Add more if you want a more tangy flavor.

Next, I used a plastic bag to pipe in the filling to the jars, so they didnt get all messy. You could totally just spoon it in as well, you might just get the top of the jars a little messy!

At this point I recommend letting them set up in the fridge or freezer a little bit (1 hr or so)

When ready to serve, top with whipped cream & a lime wedge!
