S'mores Rice Krispie Treats (AKA YUM)

4 T Butter

6 C Mini Mallows (don't be shy, make these cups heaping!)

1 tsp Vanilla

3 C Rice Krispies

2 C Golden Grahams

3/4 C Mallow Bits (like you put in hot cocoa, I've had the best luck finding these at walmart & target!)

3/4 C Chocolate Chips ( I'm a milk chocolate lover so that's what I use but you can totally use semi-sweet too!)

1.Combine your cereal, mallow bits & chocolate chips in a big bowl.

2. Melt your butter on medium-low heat & when melted add all but a handful of your mallows.

3. Stir until melted. Low and slow is the key to perfectly gooey treats! Just before they are all melted add in your vanilla and last handful of mallows.

4. Dump mallows over cereal mix and stir! Press into a greased 9x9 baking dish, spray your hands with cooking spray to press down and not have them stick!

5. Try to let them cool as long as you can hold out and cut into squares!
